Prof Niels Reinmuth background
Dr. Niels Reinmuth is a certified specialist in ”General Medicine”, Hematology/Oncology, and Pneumology, with a postdoctoral qualification from the University of Heidelberg. He was Senior Physician at the Lung Clinic Grosshansdorf (2012–2016) and has led the Thoracic Oncology Department at Asklepios Lung Clinic Munich-Gauting since 2016. His main interests include targeted therapies for non-small-cell lung cancer, new treatments for small-cell lung cancer and malignant pleural mesothelioma, and translational research on predictive markers. He is a member of several professional societies, including IASLC, ESMO, and ASCO.
